These Terms of Service govern your use of Fellow. By using Fellow, you agree to these terms and to use the service responsibly.
Fellow is a platform that allows creators to maintain public profiles, share their work, and receive support from other people.
By accessing or using Fellow, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced by them.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Fellow.
Fellow uses AceID for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to access Fellow.
You agree to provide accurate information where required and not to impersonate another person or organization.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless that activity resulted from a security issue that you could not reasonably prevent.
You may create a public Fellow profile containing information such as a username, display name, biography, profile picture, website, and payment information.
You are responsible for the information you publish.
You must not use your profile to publish information that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or intended to mislead other people.
Public profile information may be visible to anyone accessing your Fellow page. Do not publish information that you intend to keep private.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Fellow, subject to rights you grant to us to operate the service.
By submitting content to Fellow, you grant Fellow a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process that content as necessary to provide the service.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Fellow.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit and publish the content you provide.
You must not use Fellow to:
Fellow may allow visitors to support creators through direct UPI payments or supported payment providers.
Fellow is not a bank, payment network, or financial institution.
When direct UPI is used, Fellow may generate a payment intent or QR code using the creator's UPI ID. Fellow cannot guarantee that a direct UPI payment was completed solely from the UPI ID or payment intent.
Where a third-party payment provider is used, that provider may impose additional terms, fees, limits, or verification requirements.
Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with any laws or obligations applicable to money they receive.
Fellow may introduce fees or paid features in the future. Where applicable, the relevant fees will be presented before they apply.
Third-party payment providers may charge their own fees. Such charges are governed by the applicable provider's terms.
Fellow is provided on an ongoing basis, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of Fellow for maintenance, security, infrastructure changes, or other operational reasons.
Features may change over time as Fellow develops.
Fellow may rely on third-party services including authentication, hosting, storage, and payment providers.
Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Fellow is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Fellow where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties, including where these terms are violated.
Where appropriate, we may also remove content that violates these terms or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
We may take immediate action when necessary to address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or other serious risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fellow is provided without guarantees that the service will meet every particular requirement or remain continuously available.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party infrastructure, payment networks, internet services, or authentication providers.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
We may update these Terms of Service when Fellow changes, when our practices change, or when required by law.
The latest version will be published on this page and the Last updated date will be changed accordingly.
Continued use of Fellow after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
