Privacy
Policy.

Fellow is built to give creators a simple place to share what they make and receive support from people who care about it. This Privacy Policy explains what information Fellow collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

01 · Information

What we collect.

When you use Fellow, we may collect information needed to provide and maintain the service.

  • Account information: information provided through AceID, such as your name, email address, user ID, username, and profile picture.
  • Profile information: information you choose to add to your Fellow profile, including your username, display name, bio, website, avatar, and UPI ID.
  • Support information: information submitted when someone supports a creator, such as supporter name, email address, amount, and optional message.
  • Usage information: information about visits and interactions with Fellow pages.
  • Technical information: information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the service.

You are not required to provide optional profile information.

02 · Use

How we use information.

We use information to:

  • provide and operate Fellow;
  • authenticate your account through AceID;
  • create and maintain your Fellow profile;
  • display public creator pages;
  • process and record creator support;
  • provide creator statistics and dashboards;
  • detect abuse, fraud, and security issues;
  • maintain and improve Fellow;
  • communicate with you about the service when necessary; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.
03 · Public profiles

What you make public.

Fellow is designed around public creator pages.

If you create a public Fellow profile, information such as your username, display name, profile picture, bio, website, and other information you choose to publish may be visible to anyone who visits your Fellow page.

Do not put private or sensitive information in your public profile.

04 · Payments

Payments and support.

Fellow may support direct UPI payments and other payment methods.

For direct UPI payments, Fellow may provide a UPI payment intent or QR code using the UPI ID associated with a creator. A UPI ID by itself does not allow Fellow to independently verify whether a payment was successfully completed.

Where a payment provider or gateway is used, payment processing may be handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

Fellow may store payment-related records necessary to maintain creator support history, including amount, status, provider, payment reference, and date.

We do not store UPI banking credentials, UPI PINs, card PINs, or similar authentication secrets.

05 · Services

Third-party services.

Fellow relies on third-party services to provide parts of the platform.

  • AceID for authentication and account identity.
  • Supabase for application data storage and backend infrastructure.
  • Payment providers where supported payment methods require them.
  • Other hosting, security, or infrastructure providers required to operate the service.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Fellow does not sell personal information to third parties.

06 · Storage

Cookies and browser storage.

Fellow may use browser storage and similar technologies to maintain authentication state, preferences, security information, and basic functionality.

Your browser may temporarily retain information required to keep your Fellow session active after signing in with AceID.

You can control browser storage through your browser settings. Disabling necessary storage may prevent parts of Fellow from working correctly.

07 · Retention

Data retention.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide Fellow;
  • maintain account and creator records;
  • maintain legitimate support and payment records;
  • prevent abuse and fraud;
  • resolve disputes; and
  • satisfy legal or regulatory obligations.

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of where appropriate.

08 · Your choices

Your information.

Depending on the information and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • access information associated with your account;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of information;
  • remove or change information displayed on your public profile;
  • stop using Fellow; and
  • contact us regarding privacy concerns.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law or where necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record purposes.

09 · Security

Keeping information safe.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by Fellow.

Authentication is handled through AceID, and application data is stored using secured backend infrastructure. Access to information is restricted according to the requirements of the service.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly.

10 · Children

Children.

Fellow is not intended to be used in violation of applicable age requirements.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Fellow in circumstances where that information should not have been collected, contact us at hello@ace-base.cc so the matter can be reviewed.

11 · Changes

Changes to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Fellow changes, when our practices change, or when required by law.

When we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Fellow after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to your use of the service, subject to applicable law.
